Sihong Fu has been practicing Historical European Martial Arts since 2014. He got his start at Academie Duello in Vancouver Canada where he is still an active practitioner, mentor, and student. He has won and placed in many top HEMA competitions both in combat and cutting events and has taught workshops internationally on the fundamentals of Duello Armizare, tactics, strategy, and cutting. In teaching cutting he is passionate about giving his students the tools to be their own teachers so they can learn from each time they have a blade in hand.
