Last Minute Sign-Ups
Online Registration has now closed, but you may still register in person at Academie Duello (412 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC) or via phone by calling (604) 568-9907 between the hours of 12 pm to 8 pm, Monday to Friday.
If you only plan to attend single days or want a lecture pass, access can be purchased at the door on the day of. Visit the Registration Desk at Academie Duello any day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm to purchase a ticket.
Checking In
When you arrive for VISS, you will need to check in at the Registration Desk to pick up your Welcome Package which includes your name badge, program guide, and other important information.
The Registration Desk will be open from Thursday at 7:00 pm until close at 10:00 pm, and Friday morning at 8:00 am before Day One.
Workshop Selections
All VISS Registrants whom filled in Workshop Enrollment Forms have been successfully enrolled for their choices unless personally contacted by the Registrar.
Anybody who selected to be on a wait list has been noted. We will try to get those people into their preferred class at the Official Registration Desk on Thursday and Friday.
Equipment Rental
Rental equipment is available for Symposium attendees. We have a detailed page on Equipment Rental on our website which will answer many questions.
The Equipment Rental desk can be found next to the Registration Desk and works on a first come, first served basis. Read our Equipment Rental page for when the Rental Desk will be open.
