Learn how ballet training can help you move your feet with grace and precision, make your lunges deeper and more powerful, stabilize your core for wrestling, and prevent shoulder fatigue while swinging a sword. This class will give you a condensed workout you can use to improve your alignment, flexibility, and strength for swordfighting.
